Heating and gas work, done properly
Boil-it Ltd is a plumbing, heating and gas engineering company working across Edinburgh and Midlothian. We install and replace boilers, repair and service them, put in and repair central heating and radiators, carry out gas safety checks on boilers, fires, hobs and cookers, and handle plumbing from a dripping tap to a burst pipe at two in the morning.
Gas work is carried out under Gas Safe registration 195699, the system gets cleaned before a new boiler goes on it, and the old unit and the packaging leave with us. Quotes are free, written and carry no obligation — we would rather look at the property than give you a figure on the phone that changes once the work starts.

Fitting day
System drained down, the old unit disconnected and removed, the new one fitted, and the gas, water and condensate connections made up and pressure-tested before anything is fired.

Testing and commissioning
Gas tightness and flue readings taken, the system filled, vented and balanced, controls set up, and the commissioning paperwork completed and left with you.

Cleared up and taken away
The old boiler, cylinder, tank and all the packaging go with us. Floors and work areas are cleared, and we walk you through the controls before we leave.
